What is the best way or existing snipers / libs (free / open source) to do something like this
The technologies I would like to have in this jquery are CSS3. etc..
You can use any modal block to make it work. Just some implementations.

I am using colorbox
I found this while searching. It seems they also made a plugin. This can be a good start if someone does not have a complete solution.
