JQuery Date Time picker that works well on iOS / Android

Question

Is there a suitable timing that works well on mobile devices? Everything I found seems very awkward on the phone.

Another option is four drop-down lists for the day, month, hour and minute. it just seems that there should be a better solution.

Try mobiscroll .

It works great on Android and iOS, and it comes with pre-installed themes. It can be used with scrolling or "Android Style" +/-.
