Do mobile devices have enough CPU to support HTTPS for all website traffic?

We are developing a web application designed for use on smartphones and other mobile devices, and we are thinking of launching all traffic via HTTPS in order to simplify security.

I know that the cost of a processor for HTTPS encryption for large computers is pretty trivial, but is this also true for modern smartphones like iPhone and Android?

Given that the processor of such a device operates at a frequency of 400 MHz or higher, and that https has been working for decades on slower processors, I would say that there are no problems with this.
