What html is supported in Jenkins job description

You can use Html tags in the job description. I have something like:

blabla.. on <a href="http://vms029/wa_shdw" target="_blank">http://vms029/wa_shdw</a> 

But target="_blank" seems to be clearing something. Is there another way? Any document on what is supported and what is not?

Jenkins allows you to use different markup languages ​​to write job descriptions; plugins can determine how the description should be processed through the MarkupFormatter interface.
