To start Tomcat on Windows, you can run the command:

catalytic start

in the "tomcat \ bin" folder. Exiting Tomcat startup will remain in the current window, so you can analyze it.

The Tomcat startup log is already recorded as catalina.out on Unix and on catalina.log on Windows.
