Is there any way to show Android Acivity stacks?

Are there any tools to display the current Activity Activity task? I would like to do some debugging, for example: check, to check if a certain activity is really starting in a new task, and the like. But I could not find any tools for this.

I usually run the “dbsys adb shell activity” action against an emulator or device that dumps a whole bunch of information, including an activity stack. He does a little to understand all the information, but it is there.

If there is a way to get it from DDMS, someone, please post it. I have not come across this yet.
