Apply the fix one at a time

Since I am stuck with the Subversion and shell tools over time, git-gui out of the question. Are there any shell tools for applying the patch in turn online?

Try passing the --dry-run option to patch . This will allow you to identify problems and edit the patch and / or the file that is being fixed accordingly.

ipatch brings the power and convenience of selecting and editing patches in Darcs to those who do not use the Darcs version control system.

It allows the user to interactively split the patch file into several patch files, as well as apply the patch interactively and possibly partially.
