The answer to your question is no.
Why? No matter what protection you put on the actual file, it must be somehow transferred to the client computer. And if you put some kind of DRM in a file so that only someone who has allowed to download the file can view it, you still need to view it. This means that an entrepreneurial person can intercept the actual values โโdisplayed in some way and store them elsewhere. This can be as time consuming as taking a screenshot of each frame and then stitching it together to create a movie.
If you donโt want people to upload your videos, donโt post them on public servers.
