What a nice dark theme for visual studio presentations?

Question

I make presentations in user groups, and I have a dark theme that just doesn't work with the projector. I do not like the default white color. What is a nice dark theme for visual stusio that works well with projectors? These are VGA projectors, not HD.

Lighting is usually not so bright right in front of the screen, but it is not so dark in the room.
