Google Search API

The Google Web Search API (SOAP) was deprecated last November, which has been discouraged for a long time.

I noticed that there is a new custom search API , but this only looks like creating custom search queries for a particular site. So, is there currently any API solution for searching the entire network? Or use Google Custom Search or some other API?

Unfortunately, your options are very limited right now. You can use the Bing API (which, as you know, is not very reliable and often has different results compared to a normal Bing search) or try Yahoo Boss (paid)

Actually, the custom search API will do what you want -

After the initial creation of a custom search engine, you can return to the control panel / website link on the left and simply delete the domain that you were forced to enter when you created the custom search engine.

Once this is over, bingo! you are looking for everything, not just a site: search
