Determining Accuracy in GPX or KML

I am developing an Android application and want to play the recorded track in the DDMS tool. In addition to latitude and longitude, my recorded data has horizontal accuracy, which I would like to transfer to the Android Android simulator.

Is there a way to specify accuracy in GPX or KML?

None of these specifications have a named element for precision. Both options allow you to use advanced data, where you can place anything you want.

In GPX it is called 'extensions'. See http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/1/#type_extensionsType
In Kml, it's called 'ExtendedData'. See http://code.google.com/intl/nl-NL/apis/kml/documentation/kmlreference.html#placemark

As Eddie noted, there are no tags for accuracy.

But the GPX has something similar - tags for breeding accuracy (hdop, vdop, pdop) for each track point, waypoint, or route point. This is not exactly the same as "accuracy", but it can be used as such. See wikipedia for more details.
