Is image editor available for Eclipse Helios?

Question

I want to have an image editor in Eclipse Helios. Is there an available plugin for it. I tried to search and get a visual editor, but not an image editor.

There is a MyEclipse Java Image Editor , but I don't know:

• if available outside of MyEclipse
• if it will work with Eclipse3.6.x (Helios), since now myEclipse is based on 3.5.x
