IPhone: how to make kCATransitionMoveIn without fading effect

I am doing a transition of views with a type like kCATransitionMoveIn and a subtype like kCATransitionFromRight.

This works great when the new view disappears as it comes from the right and old attenuation. Can extinction be avoided? I would like the view to be included in alpha 1, and the outgoing view should be clearly visible until it is completely replaced. Is it possible and how to do it?
