Android SQLiteConstraintException: error code 19: restriction not met

I saw other questions about this exception, but they all seem to be solved with the decision that a row with the specified primary key already exists. This seems to be wrong for me. I tried replacing all the single quotes in my lines with double quotes, but the same problem occurs.

I am trying to insert a row into the SQLite database settings table that I created by doing the following:

The string CREATE_SETTINGS_TABLE is defined as:

However, when I do my insertion, I always get:

It seems that all the columns in my insert are non-zero. The primary key of the row must be unique, because it is the only row in the table. Therefore, the only thing I can think of is my CHECK conditions, this is not so. Here are the predefined strings that I use:

Does anyone see what could happen? I'm at a dead end. Thanks in advance.

It seems that the android put (string, string) method should already add quotes around your value string for you ... as soon as I took the manual quotes that I entered in my value strings (but contained them in the "ALLOWED") strings that I transferred to CHECK, the problem was solved.

Have you tried to avoid single quotes? eg.

 public static final String SETTING_SERVER_ADDRESS_DEFAULT = "\'0.0.0.0\'";

If this is not fixed, I would have broken it all until you had only one column and it worked. Then add each column one at a time so you can figure out which one is causing the problem.
