You can search for a “bullet” when using, for example, BabelPad (which has a character map where you can search by character name), but you are unlikely to find anything larger than U + 2022 BULLET (although the size depends on the font). A circle search finds too many characters, too many because the string appears in many names. The largest simple circle is probably U + 25CF BLACK CIRCLE "●". If its too big U + 26AB MEDIUM BLACK CIRCLE "⚫" may be suitable.

Beware that multiple fonts contain these characters.
