Twitter View Resume

Question

I noticed in Hollywood Reporter that in their tweets they have a “view resume” button, which, when clicked on, gives you a preview of the message on your site with the title, excerpt and image of the preview.

Is there any clue as to where some documentation is on how to do this? Ive looked at the twitter API a bit and did not manage to find anything.
