What is the modern Spring-time context analysis snap-in?

Assuming you have a fairly large Spring application (including sources), and you want to collect all kinds of information about beans contexts at runtime: bean names, types, classes, child application contexts, property values, annotations, proxy structure, etc. d.

What tools could I use to find out?

I used https://github.com/krosenvold/spring-context-analyzer , which detects problematic area transitions. some solutions may be required for spring> 3 versions

It looks like SpringSource has come up with a solution called "Live Beans Graph" that is supposed to ship with STS 3.1. https://issuetracker.springsource.com/browse/STS-2810 contains some information.
