Q & A plugin for Confluence

I would like to have a Q&A module in Confluence, where one employee would ask a question about the problem that he had and the other would answer. I would like to have a rating where everyone can interrogate and interrogate questions and answers. I would like it to be almost the same as stackoverflow.com.

Does the Atlassian Marketplace have plugins? I tried to do this, but I had no luck.

Well, when Atlassian wanted such an application, they decided to use OSQA instead of Confluence. This is what Atlassian Answers forces are.
