SQL Server Multiple SQL Server Full Text Index Error

Changing one full-text column of the Language Index (LCID) to neutral when others are English results in the following error:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Full-text table or indexed view has more than one LCID among its full-text indexed columns

Repopulating the index does not resolve the error.

If SQL Server allows me to specify different languages for each full-text column, then surely there should be a way around this error?

You should check to see if all columns that have full-text index have the same language word breaker. Go to the table context menu → Full Text Index → Properties. On the left side you will find columns. Select it and edit all the dictionary switches to be the same. I hope you find this useful.
