How to remove my application from Android emulator on Mac 10.7.4

I am looking for the right method to remove my application from Android emulator on mac book pro. The instructions that I see are for Windows.

Looking for steps to recreate the Reset modeling process in Xcode.

Completely reset Android emulator:

• Open Android AVD Manager.
• Run the emulator you want to use reset.
• Check the "Wipe user data" box.
• Click "Run."

If you just want to uninstall the application:

• Run the emulator.
• Open the Android settings app.
• Select "Applications" ("Applications" on Android 4.0 or later)
• Select "Application Management" (only on Android 3.2 or lower)
• Select the application you want to uninstall.
• Click Delete
