Problems starting epstopdf. Verify TeX Installation

I keep getting the following error when starting doxygen:

Problems running epstopdf. Check your TeX installation!

Do I need to install Latex somewhere?

epstopdf is a Perl script that converts EPS to "encapsulated" PDF using GhostScript. Technically, you don't need LaTeX, although by default it is part of any TeX distribution.

So, download it directly or install any of the main TeX distributions (say, MiKTeX or TeX Live ).
