Programmatically Enable Do Not Disturb

In iOS 6, you can enable / disable the do not disturb mode. Is there any way to do this from the application? Or is there at least a way to find out if this is installed?

I do not have an exact answer, but I would recommend that you examine the URLs of the internal settings that Apple has (prefs: root =), which are described here: http://www.techwithintent.com/2011/11/force-an- ios-5-device-into-airplane-mode-with-a-single-click /

Please note: when accessing these URLs, the user will be disconnected from your application, so this is a way to access / switch various parameters, but it is not very programmatic.
