IOS Scope panel without search

Is it possible to use such a visibility panel as in the phone application http://d.pr/i/xTGQ without a search field? I want to use it as a button, but the UITabBar is too big for that.

This is just a UISegmentedControl, I think. You can create one of them in Interface Builder and use it as usual.
