Steps: -

1) Go to Explorer (if not there, add the file explorer from Windows->Show views->File Explorer )

2) Insert images in mnt->SDcard

3) How to click? Click on the icon (click the file on the device) on the right side of the screen in Eclipse.

3) After clicking the file, go to dev-tools in the emulator. In this go to Media Scanner.

4) After scanning, your images are displayed in the gallery of the emulator.

This only works on Genymotion (Android Emulator)

You can easily do this by dragging any image onto the emulator screen from the PC and moving from the PC to the emulator download folder.

  • Select File Explorer on the following tabs. You can see folders and files in the emulator.

  • Choose sdcard or mnt/sdcard.

  • In the upper right corner of the File Explorer window there is a push icon. Click this button.

  • Select your image.

  • Scan your SD card to

emulator -> devtools -> media scanner/media provider -> scan sdcard

Done .. !!!

First of all, you must provide sd card support for your emulator.
