Unable to access Apache server from Android phone

Question

I have a WAMP server running on my Windows 7 PC. I want to access it from my Android phone browser. Example. The HTML page on my server ( localhost/example.html ) should be accessible on the web browser of the Android phone ( 192.168.1.xx/example.html )

• Both devices are in the same IP range 192.168.1.xx
• httpd.conf for my Apache contains Listen 80
• Available from other PCs on the same network (home LAN).
• Windows Firewall is disabled.

EDIT: Hey! he works from my WLAN office. Can anyone explain what could be causing this?

I use IIS in my windows 7 and I call the page from my Android phone. Url looks like this:

http: //192.168.1.xx/example.html

I lived in the same problem and I turned off any firewall on my windows 7 and I gave Everyone acces to my physical folder in the virtual directory, now this is normal ...
