Ctrl + Break on Apple Keyboard

I usually use ctrl + break to break compilation in visual studio, and now my new apple laptop (macbook pro) doesn't have a break key. Is there a shortcut that I can use on an Apple laptop?

I don't know if there is Fn or some other key combination that duplicates the PC Break key, but you can assign any hotkey you want to use to the Build.Cancel command with Visual Studio. Just go to the Options dialog box (available in the Tools menu), find the Build.Cancel command, and assign a new shortcut to this command.
