How to set up a whitelist of domains in PhoneGap Build?

Question

According to Apache Cordova documentation, http://docs.phonegap.com/en/1.9.0/guide_whitelist_index.md.html

we need to provide access to certain network domains and subdomains in the domain whitelist if we want our own application to access external domains.

If I use PhoneGap Build, how do I set up a domain whitelist? Or do we not need to configure it at all when we use PhoneGap Build?

Please help me if anyone knows about this. Thank you very much.
