The difference between SimpleLogistic and logistics in Weka

I am working on Weka, but I cannot understand the difference between SimpleLogistic and the Logistic classifier. Does anyone know the difference?

According to the documentation ( SimpleLogistic and Logistic ), SimpleLogistic uses LogitBoost, while Logistic uses crest evaluation. In the papers describing the algorithms,
