How to install MinGW 64 bit in Windows 7

Question

I want to work in Eclipse CDT 64 bit and I installed it on my machine. But after that I found out that he needed MinGW to work. But I did not find any website where I can learn how to set the MinGW64 bit. Any pointer would be very helpful to me.
