DeviceMonitor constantly gives the error "could not start monitoring the emulator-5554", how can I fix it?

I started eclipse once with the desired output on the emulator, but when I started another project, giving the last output several times, I constantly get the DeviceMonitor error: "Failed to start monitoring emulator-5554", you have an idea, how can I fix this?

I have the same problem with the emulator, I generally prefer to clear the entire project or right-click on the emulator from DDMS and click on restart ADB, or the last way is to restart the eclipse, as this is unrealistic, but it works for me

Assuming you only have one emulator working, try

adb kill-server adb start-server

This should restart the adb server connection.

Try the new version of AVD and update the SDK

Is avd visible? Run? Android Virtual Device Manager (find the icon in eclipse) allows you to create a new avd and run it. Startup is slow, so be patient. And what's in the lap? A related issue, which version of sdk is installed and does it match the android manifest?
