When a Google Play subscription is automatically renewed, does it send another purchase notification (in the application notification)?

As the name says, I’m interested in knowing whether the subscription model for the Google Play application sends a new IN_APP_NOTIFY for each automatic update or if the developer should wait until the purchase time shows that it has expired, and then pull out the next purchase token, If the answer is the last, then how to extract an active purchase token, and not resume an old transaction that has expired? Thank you for your understanding.

No , for each update it will send an email containing transaction information to your user .

If you use the billing version in application 2, google play notifies your application about the expiration at the end of the active cycle when the purchase status of the subscription is now β€œExpired” .

but from version 3 it will not send notifications to your application, but it is your responsibility to check the expiration of the subscription every time it starts.

With In-app Billing Version 3, when you call getPurchases , you will get a bundle that will not have expired products.
