Xcode 4.5 Database Localization and NSSegmentedControl Problem

I can't get my NSSegmentedControl to change its headers using basic localization.

Xcode generates files for English and French, I rewrite the headers of each segment, but they remain the same as in the xib file.

The same goes for tool tips of another segmented control.

Since everything else works fine, I believe this is a mistake for this type of control.

Can anyone confirm this problem? (Xcode 4.5.2, MacOS 10.8.2)

Works like the wind for me.

Beware:

  • Clear build folder . When you just added the .strings file for new translations, the old file (not localized) may still be in the old folder. This can cause the system to ignore your localized resources.

  • Make sure everything ends in your package . For embedded binary in Finder and checking its contents. Sometimes files are missing at the copy step, are not included in the target, etc., Therefore, they do not fall into the built-in package.
