Getting Qt 4.8 SDK

I have not used Qt for Windows after a while. I know that now we have to download the open source version from the Qt project website.

But the http://qt-project.org/downloads page has separate links to installers for Qt libraries and Qt Creator. I remember that I can just download the full SDK and get started, but now I have a separate installation of MinGW, libraries and Qt Creator.

Can I get libraries and Qt Creator in one bundle, and if so, where should I look?

I just downloaded the Qt SDK from http://download.cnet.com/Qt-SDK/3000-2069_4-75305206.html

It seems to work, although windows say the installer is unsigned.

Digia is now distributing the SDK. Not sure if he is free. http://qt.digia.com/Product/Qt-SDK/

There is an installation guide as well as a complete SDK (1.2.1) like LINUX / WINDOWS, including additional files. There is no functional installation of Windows-MinGW.
