Google Analytics Filter Doesn't Work

I send all my events to a single Google Analytics account and use profiles with filters to filter them.

My source filter is not working properly . Here it is, pretty simple:

Here are my events on the All Traffic profile (without filters):

Based on my filter, events with the host name stagingsecure.example.com should appear in the Staging profile. But they do not.

Any ideas why these events are not showing up in my Staging profile?

I am not 100% sure, but I think that this is really just a matter of patience, the use of filters is not instant (far from it).

I had the same problem. It turns out that GA Filters begin to work only when they are created, and not in retroactive mode. When you create a filter and then look at the report, you will not see how the filter works if you do not set the timeframe that starts after the filter is created.

It is also a good idea to add a filter to a new view, since the filter constantly deletes data from the view and cannot be restored.
