Changing the PublishUrl Property in the csproj File

I need to change the PublishUrl property in the csproj file of an Excel VSTO project in order to control which publication URL is used based on the configuration set in the configuration manager. This should happen regardless of whether the developer enters the publishing wizard or the project properties window. I really need to control it at the time of publication based on a set of configuration. I have not found solutions that work, and it seems that this will be more common than I find.

I think this article will help you. You can create a small script to re-sign the files, and when you do, you can set the URL. The article shows an example (but without a URL - this is another option available when using the mage).
