Driver issues when using Samsung Galaxy SIII via USB for development

Note. This is a firewall from android.stackexchange.com.

The phone is connected via USB to the 64-bit version of Windows 7. The USB debugging option is enabled.
When I connect the phone to the computer, they tell me that some drivers could not be installed.

Do I need these development tools? Where can I get them? I have yet to try the Kies drivers.
As in the case, the device is connected as a "media device", which is useless from a development point of view.
When trying to demonstrate a demonstration of the Android SDK, it starts the emulator instead of working on the phone.

More about the device:

  • Model Number: SGH-T999V
  • Android Version: 4.0.4

Yes, you will need these drivers. Install the drivers through the Samsung KIES app. This will install the bridge driver for Android debugging for your Galaxy S3.
