ITunes Sync "MyAppName" Failed to Install - IPA File

Question

I recently posted my application and was accepted. However, the functionality that I created does not match the version of the application. Then I contacted the application developer and they told me the following:

"To test that build, "Distribute…" it as an IPA, from the Organizer window in Xcode. Then install the IPA by dragging it onto the iTunes icon on the dock and syncing with your device." 

Now I created my IPA and dragged this file to iTunes and then to my iphone, and it shows that the error could not be synchronized! I don’t know what am I doing wrong? any guidance?

Try installing IPA from Organizer instead of iTunes. To do this, open the "Organizer" using Xcode > Window > Organizer , then select Applications under your device and click the + button to add an IPA.
