Problems with android.location.geocoder

I know that the site had a lot of questions about IOExeption : the service is not available ..... I checked all the answers that I could find on this issue ... I run it as an async task , which seems to work fine, but still gets the same exception.

I used isPresent() for previous attempts, although this is not in the following code, and I use the same phone. I have permission on the Internet. I tried changing the target on google api to make sure that this is a problem, but it did not matter.

This is a vital part of the fourth project, so any help will be serious. ps has never worked with java or android before, so goodbye to any newbie watching coding.

Geocoder.isPresent() may return false on some devices.

If it returns true and you still have problems, you can create your own geocoder using the Google geocoding API

I created a platform-independent Geocoder library that is available on github and Maven Central

 dependencies { compile 'com.github.doctoror.geocoder:library:[version]' }
