The site is not updated after publication

Question

I publish the site using the VS 2012 website option. But the site is not updating. I have to restart the website from manage.windowsazure.com every time after publishing.

I run the website in both free and shared mode. The same situation in both modes.

Any suggestion on how to automatically update the site after publication?

Mmm. If your change concerns CSS and JavaScript, try browsing your site with Ctrl + F5. If it does not seem to be completely updated, you may need to check the deployment page of your site on the azure portal to see if it is being updated or not, or something is wrong.
