Netbeans Beeping Stop

In Windows 7, when I continue to press Ctrl + S in a file that is already saved, the sound of the Windows error will play.

This is very annoying and quite distracting when I'm used to constantly pressing Ctrl + S while working.

Is there any way to disable this annoying features ?

Currently, NetBeans IDEs are not allowed to call “SaveAction” from a user macro, as this keyboard overrides “Ctrl-S” with:

"" delete-previous save

This means that there is a way to prevent the OS from sending an audio error , but reading about it, it seems that other users are complaining about this behavior and now several solutions have been presented that allow us to configure these behaviors in the future.

Learn more about this here.

The only solution I can think of is to disable the sound system error.

Well! It can help someone (maybe a beginner) get rid of this annoying beep. After that, you can turn off the default Windows sound. Thus, you will not hear this signal at all even outside of netBeans.

 1) Go to Control Panel. 2) Click Sound. 3) Click on Sounds in Top Tab Menu. 4) Click on Default Beep from Program Events Sounds List. 5) Select "None" from the drop down Sounds list. 6) Click Apply.
