Export the HTML table to Excel, but select a file name

I use this function

In this example, they change the name of the worksheet, but is there a way to change the file name?

Basically, there is no way to do this using JavaScript. If the file is downloaded using the <a> link, you can specify the file name using the download attribute, but this is not widely supported. (now only Chrome and BB10).
