Where @import "compass / css3"; are zurb based?

Question

I am just trying to get around all the stuff of ZASS's SASS, Compass, and Front Framework Foundation Framework.

Everything is installed correctly for me, and my first framework template is configured. Now I am trying to configure what to enable from the framework.

There is a line in the foundation.scss file:

@import "compass/css3"; 

I cannot let my life work where this file came from.

The file comes from Compass itself: http://compass-style.org/reference/compass/css3/
