PhantomJs rasterization - is it possible to make multi-page pdf from multiple pages?

I am running phantom using their sample rasterization script to create a single page PDF file of the page.

I have several different pages that I would like to rasterize and merge into a multi-page PDF file. Is this possible with what currently exists or do I need to bring a tool like pdftk to the mix?

(alternately, is there another node module that I can use for this - I found a pdftk helper, but we say ... unfinished)

Add to the following where you want to start a new page:

<div style="page-break-before:always;"></div>
