JQuery Mobile Ebook Development

Question

I am developing an e-book for various mobile devices. This e-book will include math, and it is intended to serve children in elementary school on tablets and smartphones. My goal is to use jQuery mobile for this, and then use Phone-gap to transfer it to various native applications, which can be accessed through various platforms such as Android, iPhone, etc. I was wondering if there is any textbook or what kind of help I can get. It will be very useful if someone can point me to something similar that I can rely on. Please note that I want to use jquery from scratch.

You should read the Getting Started tutorials from Cordoba as it will tell you how to go with each platform.

I also read PhoneGap Fundamentals and found that this is a good way to speed up the platform.

The general disclosure is that I am in the product team, but Red Gate makes a product that allows you to develop Cordova applications from Visual Studio, so if this is an environment you are familiar with, you should check it out, it's called Nomad for Visual Studio
