Windows Phone Emulator Could Not Create Virtual Machine

I just installed it in my windows 8. It does not work on a virtual machine, but works on a macbook with bootcamp. When I try to imitate my application, I get this first error:

enter image description here

But then I click Retry and give permission, so it works fine.

But then, when the windows window appears, I get the boot screen and the following message appears:

enter image description here

Just to better label the message, I will write an error: "something happened while creating the switch: Xde could not find the IPv4 address for the host machine"

You must enable virtualization in the BIOS and go to the control panel-> Programs-> enable or disable Windows functions and select Hyper-V.

I had this problem.

1- Open the control panel.

2- Then the program.

3- Turn Windows features on or off.

4- Further choices for hyper-v.

5 Restart your computer.

6- Repeat the previous steps, but put the selection on hyper-v.

7- Restart your computer.

Not sure if you got the solution, but I had the same situation. It turns out that older VPN clients may have Windows 8 compatibility issues. I solved the problem by uninstalling the VPN client (and also making sure Hyper-V is turned on).
