Can a control strategy handle a ConnectException connection?

If the remote actor is unavailable due to power loss Can the control strategy cope?

I coded an example and I closed the remote actors system, but it seems that the observation strategy only takes into account the Exceptions thrown by the remote player after reaching.

Since I'm not an Akka expert, I would like to know if this is possible.

Edition:

I have already implemented a subscription to events that indicate that a connection error has occurred. I still need to have access to the message sent initially so that the message is not lost.

From the documentation:

DeathWatch for Akka Remote does not activate (yet) failures - this means that if the parent node or network is down, no one will receive a notification. This feature may be added in a future release of Akka Remoting. However, the Akka cluster has this functionality.
