Responsive website displayed with iPad

Question

It seems that when I access my site through the iPad (the latest gene), it loads the responsive site correctly, starting with landscape mode. When I switch to a portrait, I see that the site is setting up correctly, and it looks great too. This is when I return to the landscape again so that the site grows slightly and needs to be reduced.

I have the following code on the page to try to deal with this, but it is still happening ...

Any help is much appreciated!

It seems that this can be fixed by removing the property of the initial scale or, alternatively, JS
