IPhone 5 Incoming Call Detection

I have a question regarding the possibility of creating a winforms application in C # that is capable of detecting incoming calls on iphone.

Here is the scenario:

• iphone connects to computer via usb cable.
• whenever the phone rings, I would like to do the following:
  • Retrieve the phone number.
  • Use the phone number in the winforms application to find the xml file.
  • Answer the phone through the app and do the automatic voice message.

Is this possible in C #? If so, how can this be done and are there libraries designed to interact with iphone using C #?

There is no SDK that allows you to develop .NET applications that interact externally with the iPhone.

If you want to write an iPhone app but are intimidated by the learning curve, you can check out MonoTouch . This allows you to write iPhone \ Android applications using C #.
