How to copy projects to eclipse workspace after importing a project?

Question

I imported the project into eclipse, but accidentally forgot to check the box "copy projects to workspace". Now after wards (import has been done) Is there a way through which I can copy the project to the workspace.

Also, when importing a maven project into eclipse, which option should I choose to copy the project to the workspace?

delete the project (JUST FROM WORKSPACE, it will prompt you to delete with a flag) and re-import it
