Divine project panel sublime text 2 stopped responding to new files

So, I use Sublime Text 2 with several plugins (but not so many: BracketHiglighter, CSS fragments, FileDiffs, Gist and Package Control).

In blue, the sidebar with the project file list stopped responding to file changes. When I create a new one and save it in a folder, it does not appear on the sidebar immediately, but only after restarting Sublime, which is unacceptable.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

This project, where it was completed, and did not happen on new ones. Suppose this could be due to poor machine performance - for a large project.

Update

Also excluded are the exclusion of system / base folders of the kernel.

"folder_exclude_patterns": ["node_modules", ".svn", ".git", ".hg", "CVS"],

You can execute globally and in the Folders project settings.
